after my friend and i had a long discussion about how important music is to many people like us, i got inspired.

music

is more than just notes and sounds

it is more

than a voice

than guitar strings

than drum beats

it is more

than lyrics on a page

than rhythm and beat

it is

uplifting strength

it is beauty

it completes lives

like mine

it saves many lives

it has saved my friend

it is more

than just plain simple music

made by humans like us

it 

saves

lives

like

mine

not just the music 

and how the lyrics relate

these people have changed many people

and they continue to amaze

it is not just music
