night

why am I so afraid of the night?

darkness is beautiful

shadows dancing amongst the trees

illuminating the grass

with silvery moonlight

stars glistening

shining so brightly

from so far away

phases

even the moon must take a break from the earth

sleep

calmness

tranquility 

yet there is a fear lurking

even then 

why is that?

I think it's a natural human emotion to be fearful, even when we think we are at peace. There is always something to worry about. The sad thing is, it shouldn't be that way. A wonderful piece
