Ringing

Ringing

A Poem by Broken Wings

I dial the phone
Ring ring ring
Will he answer

What to say
Ring ring ring
Hang up now before

Wait maybe it's ok
Ring ring ring
Just his voicemail

I miss his voice
Ring ring ring
Hello; what do I say

I like this piece! I would look to varying the placement of the "ring ring ring" in the stanzas instead of relying on it staying in the middle. I also liked the use of a modified rhyme scheme here! Great job!

It's very easy to tell that he makes you nervous in this. Nice write.
