A little love diddy

There I was sitting next to you, with a mindful altercation,

My heart seemed to have more skips than palpitations,

I don't know how to feel if all this leads to frustration,

However, I am blessed to personally know my inspiration,

You, the flower of light that grew in a dark place,

A permanent etch n sketch in my mental database,

The answer to the wonders of my starry gaze,

I have a void, would you care to take its' place?
