Dance FloorA Poem by Andreabased off an image
The eighties dance floor lit up bright
checkered orange and pink stretching past the horizon looking so inviting yet stood without dancers music filled the air in the form of purple and pink stripes red and blue bubbles and orange squiggles. And every moment had it's star, standing out from the rest. Where massive red flowers rose like fire and triangle rainbow lights lit up the room. So bright. until all you could see were circles, and then you saw the eyes. Lushes lashes. circus tent irises cut out, pitch black pupils staring at a lonely dance floor. © 2012 AndreaAuthor's Note
