DEMONS

For anyone with a past worth forgetting or trying to overcome something bad that happend

The demons inside me put up a fight,
Makes it hard to see my shining light,
My path my dreams all far away,
All because my demons keeping me at bay.

I struggle and push but can't get out,
All because things I've been through,
The times I've really hated you.

I get weak can't sleep,
My demons they play havoc with my dreams,
I toss and turn but these demons still want me to
Feel hurt.

The guilt the torment needs to go,
I need freedom and room to grow.

In time I will beat you,
I'll finally be free,
You'll be my most hated memories.

No more demons no more pain.

No matter who we are, we all have encountered these demons at a certain time of our life, they attack everyone of us, killing us inside and making us weak... But they can never stay for long, and our will power have the strength to destroy them... This is a very relatable write for any reader...
