The piece seems to indicate a longing for a destination impossible or out of reach. Thomas Wolf wrote, "We can't go home again" but I don't subscribe to that belief. In fact I believe the opposite; that we all will return home one day and only then will we understand what "home" truly is. Hebrews 11:16 says, "Instead, they were longing for a better country, a heavenly one. Therefore God is not ashamed to be called their God, for He has prepared a city for them." I look forward to returning to that home.
