Teleperformance - a BPO with inconsistencies between policy & actual practice

A report into this company which forbids certain staff from taking their personal belongings inside the workplace with them

Teleperformance - a supposedly leading BPO who has a clear policy on people being responsible for their own belongings, however rather expects in practice for them to literally dump their bags at the front office...untagged & unknown which belongs to whom. Ironically, people in higher roles or all women are permitted to carry their bags, some of which are not even scanned. Inconsistent instead of using a blanket approach. Apparently, this only applies to Indian operations...
