Heart Of A Widow
A Poem by
EylonBear
another attempt at rhyming not as horribly bad as the last
It's made to be broken
The glass of a window
A small child's token
As the heart of a Widow
To be proven of worth
Not worth the wait
Even from the birth
Not worth the fate
For fate is strong
Worth is hard
And Wait is long
Not for lard
The pigs come home
Chickens to roost
Dogs get a bone
And babies a boost.

Not too bad rhyming there, good ABAB rhyming scheme. I liked this, although I cannot grasp at what you are saying, I like this. Good job.
