A friend is a special thing

Not to be taken for granted or anything

 

They should be truthful

And kind too

They should be useful

And actually know who you are

 

They should be there

When you need them

They should be fair

That means you keep them there

 

But it’s not a one sided thing

It goes one way

Figure that out? Ding!

Those are qualities that’ll make’em stay

 

The more friends you have

The better off you are

Just stay true to them

And you’ll be the star
