Caring, understanding, hyper and fun

But still brother to one

Lover of animals and forests of green

And also loves things that cannot be seen

Who feels rejected at times

And feels he needs to see a reassuring sign

Who feels one day the right one will come

But needs time to find that one

Who needs a chance to prove himself

Who needs to see his own book on the shelf

Who gives all he can

Who gives time to spare to his littlest of friends

And gives the trust that all look for

But fear to be lonely forever more

Who fears his secret will be known

And fears the world won’t understand

Who would like to see peace restored

Though my kind should still be ignored
