Someone told me she was cheating

I found out the hard way

Someone told me

She was cheating

But I didn't want to believe

That my Gal my woman

would do this to me

She said she would be faithful

she said she would be true

Right then when I heard these words

oh how my head could not stop spinning

because your love for me was through

I never thought in a million years

That could happen to a nice guy like me

But after I looked into the evidence 

I knew It was my fault

she was on the run

That's ok I hurt my kids

I felt like a loser for that

But I brushed the pebbles from my sandals

and tried not to show my children my defeat

But I know my x wife was the real loser

She shows her real hand now

I have not mercy for her

I have no pity for that child

I have gained some experience

With dealing my problems away

I am better at handling them

since I move on and stopped

talking with the x

I have a clear mind and a good soul

I have no guilt now

all the sorrow is put away

In the clouds to stay
