My MotherA Poem by Faye
You birth and gave me life
You held me with such soothing hands What an exemplary and virtous wife You taught and showed me how to stand Embodied with so much love and care You were my real gold I wouldn't dare trade you for a fare You stood strong and bold You were more than a mother to me Reminicing all we did yearly I am who you wanted me to be To my mother, I cherished so dearly You were my protector right from my birth Till your very last breathe...... © 2025 Faye |
