Shadows

Dark heart, dark soul,
There's no inside, there is a hole,
Dark nights, dark fears,
Light thoughts bring tears,
Rotten heart, rotten mind,
And on the inside you will find,
Own head, own strife,
Nothing but this fading life,
Deep roots, deep gray,
Nothing can keep the shadows away.
