Hey everyone, hope you're all having a great day!

I’ve been in the background lately, reading some of the posts about the increase in spammy ads and people receiving unwanted messages or pictures. It's really unfortunate, and definitely not the kind of environment any of us want to be in.

I haven’t been posting much here recently because I’ve been spending most of my time on a new writing site called Stars Rite. It’s still a fairly small community, but that’s what I love about it " writers and poets actually engage with one another, and there’s a real sense of connection within smaller friend groups.

Now, you might be wondering why I’m bringing this up. Well, I’m actually the co-owner and a moderator on Stars Rite. I’m usually around all day and easy to reach if anything comes up. If there’s an issue, it gets handled " ideally in real time, but definitely within 24 to 48 hours.

We’ve put some clear rules in place to keep the community respectful, safe, and supportive " and we’re serious about maintaining that. I’ve already dealt with a few issues directly, and we’re committed to keeping the space welcoming for everyone.

I might be friendly and laid-back, but I’m also proactive about making sure our members feel heard and respected.

This isn’t a sales pitch " just an invitation. You’re free to make your own choice, of course. But if you’re curious, there’s no harm in checking it out and seeing if it’s a good fit. As a member myself, I can say Stars Rite is a fine site with some fine writers. Thanks for making it known here at Writers Cafe, Fia. As we all know, WC is on shaky legs with an owner who seems to have forgotten about us. Knowing someone cares at SR makes it easier to be a member. Thanks for posting this.

Actually really excited to see something like this. I love this site and part of my reluctance to leave it has always been that I’ve gotten rather entrenched being here for so long but I’m also tired of the harassment and just people being absolutely unhinged.
