The stormA Poem by Darkness_in_the_dayA metaphorical poem
Pernicious abhor pervades the clouds
The rain thereafter knows no bounds It hurtles down with vicious intent The force can kill if harm is meant The raucous thunder fills the sky As the acidic rain bathes passers by Soaking love in venomous abuse Hardening the heart and cutting ties loose Rage filled blindless, a flash of light. Who will acknowledge this daunting plight? © 2015 Darkness_in_the_day |
