Never Let Go

 

What is love?

Personally, I'm not sure.

Is it the feeling of butterflies in your stomach?

Is it a longing and desire for your significant other?

Is it the exchanging of adorable pet names?

I think its when you smile when hearing that persons voice.

When you get a feeling of being complete just by being with them.

When you get sad if they are sad.

This is love to me.

To others it may be more complex.

But I'm still learning.

 

I may still be new at this love thing but I do know that it can hurt.

When it ends, after being in love with someone and then suddenly you arent with that person anymore...that hurts.

Love can be cruel, painful and mentally damaging.

It can be wonderful though.

You just have to find the right person for you.

 

Love is a precious thing,

dont waste it on someone who doesnt appriciate you.

Find the love of your life and hold onto them forever;

 

Never Let Go.

Yes love is the best part and worst part of a life. I tell young folks walk slow and easy into love. Need to enjoy every sweet and good moment. When we waste our beginnings of the emotion of love. Can learn disappointment very fast. A excellent poem. Made me think.
