Dreams to Reality

One of my favorite poems so far and I could use an opinion. More will be coming.

Soft dreams fade into harsh reality
Thrown from a world of peace and love
Into a world of chaotic normality
Time goes by and some things change
But my dreams will always stay the same
A brief reprieve from my daily struggle
And when it ends I must start again
To turn my loving dream into beautiful reality
I must stand strong, and never surrendered

Author's Note

I may change this later and post a new version since as mom says "you will usually go back and make some kind of change."
