Adrenaline Rush

Adrenaline Rush

A Poem by Jessica

Your heart beats wildly
Blood is coursing through your vains
You're breathing rapidly
Like you've ran miles without end
And everything is too slow for you
It'll never go
You feel like screaming
Your head is pounding
And all you want to do is sleep
But you can't
Still so much to do
You sigh and get up
Back to work you go
Adrenaline Rush

Hmmm, makes me wonder what caused this adrenaline rush. This was a fun poem to read... I enjoy how you didn't overwrite this. Nice job.
