Pitch Dark

Seeing no way out and choosing the wrong path

Pitch dark,
No light around me
Where is the way out?
I am calling
No one is listening,
No one can hear me
I am standing on the edge,
Wondering if I will die quickly
What will they think of me?
Do I care?
They don’t
I have hurt,
Yet been hurt,
I have used,
They made me
Why should I always be subservient?
I am my own person.
I am crying out,
Looking for the light,
Please bring me back
Before I die

Deep and oppressive! i can see how you are feeling, trapped in the darkness. you have expressed your feelings well here! the flow gets stuck every now and then, other than that it is good.
