(T) When I researched self-harm, I realised it was never for no reason, there was always a cause. This was the start of trying to understand my own causes and reasons.

Confused and alone
Misunderstanding my own actions
Or not understanding at all

Isolated and neglected
Seeking someone to care for me
But not for attention

Sick and tired
Of giving in to it every time
Wanting it always

Symptoms and causes
People looking in from the outside
But understanding the inside

Real and explained
Everything is actually true
There's a method to my madness
