The Cheese Farmer

The Cheese Farmer

A Poem by Neal
"

Funny tale

"
On a farm in Amsterdam
Where the sun will rarely shine
Sits an aged lemon barn
And a friend if mine
Guarded by a graying fence
A corn field no longer dense
A lumber house slightly slant
Which paint no longer glow
With plumbing clog from years of rust
The water just won't flow
Inside the darkness of the yellow barn
Bended at ancient knees
Sits my friend old frankin
Farmer of the cheese
