Missed chance of Love

A brief moment in time our paths united 
Overwhelmed as an everlasting love ignited
Such deep emotions I never knew 
Forsaking all others to be with you 
But fear and doubt soon
crippled me
Uncertainty interferred
With what could be
Forever haunted by the missed chance 
Tormented with regret 
Over the lost romance 
Our lives now separate
But you will always have my love and my heart

Sometimes you have to be brave when it comes to love. If you skirt round the edges you will never find what you truly desire. I find that a list opportunity and rather sad.
