Sometimes I Cry

Sometimes I cry

I don’t know why I cry inside

But the pain is deep that it hurts so much

I don’t know why I can’t let go

 

The memory brings the pain in me

I have to let go or else I’ll explode

So I just cry and cry all night

Hoping for the light to shine within 

 

Sometimes I cry

Oh I do cry for the pain to let go of me

I don’t know why I’m in shame

Please just let go of my heart

 

Look inside my heart

And see that I am alive

I am not your everyday dead

So I do cry and no one cares at all
