Chapter 2

A chapter of my 9-11 year old book.

Once everyone in her house was asleep, Melissa made her way out of her room. Silently, slowly, she crept down the old, creaky stairs. She had already packed her backpack. She found her father's keys and made her way out of the house. It was odd, sending no one around in Obsidian, trying to escape or giving up trying to escape. She went on to her dangerous journey.
