Spiritual Wars

Another Poem I wrote for my local churches newsletter....

The holy choir of heaven,

Versed against the roars of hell’s fiery pits.

 

A silent vibrant hum,

To a human’s ear.

 

Echoing off thy human heart,

Reaching non near and far.

 

A declaration from a muse’s lips,

Repeats the echoing of holy war cries,

And we can hear.

 

Heaven rejoices as they have won,

For their lord,

Their God,

Claimed it was done.
