The year is ending
         I'm gonna celebrate
                  The rules,I'm bending
                                     It is never too late

 
I'm gonna celebrate
        and drink some champagne!
                  as a brand New Year breaks
                                     begin on new plane

 
The rules,I'm bending
         will be better by far
                     with new friends pending
                              making old friends my star

 
It is never too late
     to make dreams come true
            and start the year out great
                                   it's all up to you

I love that part cause God knows I believe bending rules a bit is necessary... and yes making new friends is great but the longest lasting ones should always be your priority.
