Perfect Day

100 word Drabble

My sun. The day was perfect with a beautiful sunrise with you right from the start. Me and my shadow, out and about the town. We went to Starbucks and had Frappuccinos, while having a nice conversation. We played basketball, you dribbled and shot like me. You followed me around as we did yard work. We even stopped to play a little. Everywhere I was, you trailed happily, excited just to have me near. You mimicking my moves just made me smile all day. Now I lay here cuddled up for the night, with you, my son. I love you.
