Dancer in the darkA Poem by RikaShe moves in the shadows so gracefully and full of death She expressed the language of her body; the language of her
soul. Not any Fear in her eyes, even though a white cloth was wrapped
around them She did not have to see beauty; beauty was not physical
visage that is plastered upon something or someone A cold steel blade came within inches of her neck, the wielder
not having any remorse The dagger was removed, collapsing in full force As the Ripper of a man disappeared within the shadows he
creeped The dancer laid on the floor now in eternal sleep © 2013 RikaAuthor's Note
