The moon the moon, my mistress
Shining bright within the sky
Glowing down upon me
Like a giant beaming eye
She never lets me down
My mighty mistress of the night
She makes me feel at ease
As I bathe within her light
I like to think she cares for me
And knows what's in my soul
When I feel her presence
Is the only time I'm whole
