School girl crush

School girl crush

A Poem by Gabrielle-Tziphorah
"

This is about a memory of how I would always wait by the doors of my lunch block class, at the end of the class I would run to catch up to the boy I liked so I could see him for a moment

"

Schoolgirl Crush

Click Click Click.

Oh, how you grew to hate the sound of my heels.

Tap Tap Tap

The bell to dismiss class never came fast enough

Ding Ding

I bolt.

Dashing down the hallway.

I need to see you.

If only for a minute.

I need to catch you on the opposite

end of the hall.

I would have run miles to see a glimpse of you

I still would run miles to catch a glimpse of you.
