My only complaint is the crushing feeling I get when reading this. It's so short, I need to read more. It's great. I feel you might want to expand it? Maybe try adding the other perspective of the spectrum, like the desperation of the world, the dreams of the populace, and the wings all aflutter. It's really quite magnificent. Short and sweet.

I have a tattoo that this poem reminds me of. I'm torn, I both like how it's condensed into 6 lines yet I want more from it.
