A Longing to be held

If only briefly....

Dawns light would bring regrets
whys and self loathing,
but no thought of this now.
Raw, dirty, drunken sex,
a feeling of being wanted, needed,
if only as a receptacle for his seed
was reason enough to share his bed.
And if he held her once spent,
be it only briefly and without meaning,
this would remind her of the way her life was once lived...

Just words I think not. This is a sad tale of a woman letting herself be used as she has lost self esteem. It is sensitive, empathetic and flows well.
