You Found Me (The Fray)

“My Baby!”

“Esy?”

“Stay with us sweetie.”

“Stand back!”

“1...2...3...Clear!”

 

“Where am I?”

“Do you remember what happened?” A man in a black cloak asks.

“Umm.. I think I jumped and then there were noises…Am I dead?”

“What do you think?” He says.

“So what is this Heaven or Hell or is this when you ask me where do I think I belong?”

“No this is whether you think you deserve a second chance,” He explained.

“At what?”

“Life,” He states.

“Do you not realize I’m the one who took it?”

“This is not lifetime, answer the question,” He says losing his patience.

“I don’t know, it’s not like anyone cares that I died.”

“Do you or do you not deserve a second chance?” He asks again.

“I need time.”

“Time doesn’t exist, now answer!” he says coming closer.
”Um...”

“5…4…3…2...” he says approaching me allowing a sharp blade to appear.

“Yes! Yes, I deserve a second chance!”

"Fine, See you later in life," He says with humor as he fades into the darkness.

                   

Author's Note

All my chapters will be titled after a song that will reflect her life and all that she has endured in this part of her life.
