I Am Blessed

There is joy that no one can tell unless you experience it

I don’t know why

You want to see me cry

I don’t know why

You think my life is dry

 

You don’t know what’s within me

You don’t know my heart sings joyfully

You don’t know I’m resting peacefully

You don’t know the blessing of serenity

 

O yes, I know I am blessed

O yes, my heart is at rest

Though you think I am the least

But in Christ I know I am complete

 

I am blessed

Because of Jesus

“I am with you always”

Daily to me He says

 

So be at rest my dearest friend

There is joy that only me can comprehend
