Reminds me of Romeo and Juliet. I agree with insanity writer that it flows very well. It's simple yet true and expresses the emotional process from love, to acknowledgement, to fear, to acceptance, and to living. I enjoyed this very much. My favorite line was "but fate is harsh." I thought that was very creative :)
