I walk the same path
That I have everyday,
Knowing I can't change fate.

But there's a small part of my heart
You still take place in,
Never leaving.

I come to a fork in my path of life.
My soul yearns to take the path unknown.
but my feet choose the path I know.

My heart beats unevenly,
Someone new in my life,
A different fate.
