To Live

I'll play the game.
I'll take my turn.

I shall wear the mask
And smile proud.
I shall open my mouth
And laugh out loud.

I'll take the car
The job
The life.
I'll play the game
And I'll do it right.

I'll live
The only way I can,
Behind a shroud
Of living happily.
