These words are void

Echoing around my brain

Not latching onto anything

 

“I love you”

These words use to be void

Use to Echo around

Failing to register

 

Then I got to know you

I spent more time with you

You brought joy to my life

And things began to register

 

Changing the very way I think

It clung to my intellect and heart

Stuck like nothing I have ever felt before

Filling me with something unknown to me

 

An eye opening experience.

And, that’s awesome.
