No Movement

No Movement

A Poem by Jeremia
"

Another poem in which my opinion says sucks. I feel as though my mind wonders too much, that it makes my poems incoherent. Nonetheless, it is a poem (I think).

"

You have no idea

No idea how much I’m suffocating

I have a need to breath but lost the way

I have the knowledge but no movement

Losing my oxygen, the flame is going out

I’m trapped with only the knowledge

I’m looking up from the bottom of the well..

Slowly suffocating

Calling out, hearing no reply

Isolated, trapped within the walls

Darkness slowly creeping in

Knowledge, but no movement

Searching for water that turns up dry

Caught up in a momentary satisfaction

Now I’m lost, suffocating within the well

Grasping at the slippery walls trying to get out

Neglecting the bucket and rope,

The window when the door is shut

Knowledge, but no movement.

Knowledge, but no movement

About
Well, my name is Jeremia. I honestly don't believe I have much skill in writing, but I find it entertaining when I am able to crank out a poem and/or story. So my desire is to write and then get feedb.. more..
