Fragments

Fragments

A Poem by Jeremia
"

Something I threw together didn't really edit it, just left it how it came out. first stanza started 2~28~11 the rest finished 5~28~12.

"
I'm tired but dont want to sleep
I'm hurt but i dont want to cry
I must be strong
I move on.
But I find myself stuck
Here in this fox hole
Wishing I'd get back up
Up, to fight once again
But that won't happen
As I'm stuch watching
Watching my life slip by
Agonizingly through my grip
Struggling to hang onto
The last fragments of myself
Evading my every attempt to
Gather it back together
Imagination kickng in
As I dream of what could be
A strong man of passion
Fighting for what's right
Fighting for love
Fighting for friendship
Fighting for family
Fighting, for God

About
Well, my name is Jeremia. I honestly don't believe I have much skill in writing, but I find it entertaining when I am able to crank out a poem and/or story. So my desire is to write and then get feedb.. more..
