HungryA Poem by Gomer LePoetbeauty and the beastHungry The sunflower is in bloom, such a majestic sight I dream about that smiling face, every single night the golden petals on display, in morning's early light I don't know why, but boy she makes me hungry brown is the color, of the large bright eyes every time I gaze upon her, I get a surprise I can feel her honesty, no never any lies I don't know why, but boy she makes me hungry her leaves are quite large, gathering in the rays I could sit and stare at her, for days upon days going on a year now, that I've had this craze I don't know why, but boy she makes me hungry I offer her sweet kisses, every single day she always has to leave, but I want her to stay sometimes I get lonely, if she won't come out to play I don't know why, but boy she makes me hungry I stare out my window, the window in my room watching her grow, yes watching her bloom if she would be my bride, I would be her groom I don't know why, but boy she makes me hungry Gomer LePoet... © 2010 Gomer LePoetAuthor's Note
