I search and search for you

most of the time I cannot find you

I look under the moon I look under the stars

I even take a look inside of the many passing cars

you see you just make my day

you bring a spark that had gone away

all the laughter and joy that to me you bring

how looking into your eyes makes my heart sing

we share thoughts and dreams

yearning sometimes turns to screams

from behind the steamy curtain there's fear

we are so afraid that someone else might hear

and when we feel the passion crime

you whisper so quietly sorry it is time

I love you my darling this you must know

I wish you would stay I beg you Please don't go!
