maybe I am just insecure

things I've said out of fear

afraid you'll leave cause you're not sure

if the things could be like they should

and I could hold you in my arms

maybe then I would feel more confident

and bathe myself in all your charms

my eyes get misty when I think of you

knowing how much I so deeply care

my heart beats ever louder

when I know that you are there

so run baby run again

right back here to my side

let me smell your sweet lavender

you fill my heart with love and pride
