The shape of your heart

if you live a thousand years

you will cry ten thousand tears

some because of loves that lost

and some because of deeper fears

if you dream a million dreams

you will hear 10 million screams

some of joy for deeds done well

and some for uncompleted themes

we live for joy and dance without care

legs and arms going everywhere

minds following somewhere behind

if you can't find a partner grab a chair

our lives end right where they start

confused and not really all that smart

it's how we live them that decides

the final shape of your heart
