Onward with graceA Poem by Webster
Trust your heart, it led you here,
Through tangled dreams and silent fear. It whispered hope when all was dark, Lit your path with one brave spark. And trust your mind, it saw the storm, Shielded you, kept you warm. When love ran wild, it held you tight, And steered you back towards what's right. You are the tale of both combined, Of soul and logic well-aligned. Each step you took, both fierce and kind, Built the strength you now will find. So walk ahead; your path is yours, Through open fields or bolted doors. Don’t count the tears that fell behind, They watered seeds you’re yet to find. What you have now, you’ve earned in full, With every scar, each rising pull. Don’t let regret dim all you’ve won, The fight you fought is never done. Hold that you love, don’t let it stray, It chose to walk with you this way. And even when the night feels long, You’re not alone. We make you strong. Head high, heart soft, with steady pace, You’ve got the strength, you’ve got the grace. The world awaits the light you give; Walk on, dear sister. Rise and live. © 2025 WebsterFeatured Review
