Battle of the mind

Majors on the frequent thoughts we have that clash and memories with questions we cant phantom answers to

Thoughts that keep coming,the worries and fears that constantly flow through the head.
Trying to make choices that both seem wrong and struggling to keep up with past questions that have long fled.
This is a ceaseless process that we have no dominance over which always feels like we're making no progress.
In need of answers,in need of help to the war betwen our mind and brain.
Some call it the battle between flesh and spirit while others call it the battle between the mind and the brain.
This battle that may end for a while is a war that also will never end.
