Concealed With Shadows

A poem about the unheard screams that everyone deals with.

Concealed are those who hide with shadows

Lost are the ones who pave their way

If only we could reconcile

All hearts open to the light of day

Silent are the screams of unheard voices

 Loudly it sounds like a sonic boom

Those of which who just ignore it

Are the ones who now are doomed

Pressed against an endless struggle

Against a wall of brick and steel

Always just an uphill battle

Once atop it rolls downhill

Concealed are those who hide with shadows

Lost are the ones who pave their way

If only we could reconcile 

Everybody open to the light of day
