i used to loathe Haiku, both writing and reading them...i thought it brought on too many "rules" to really feel what the author was trying to convey...but you...you changed my mind around with this...this was awesome...i never knew how well a haiku could flow...bravo

this is a very concise and emotive Haiku. You do a great job of lifting the beloved to the abstract of beauty - compelling in many ways, not least because we begin using our imaginations of what beauty looks like in the mind's eye of a blind person. Again, great piece. Even though this isn't a traditional haiku with natural imagery, it is what poetry should be. a rare 98
