When night falls,
And hurts its knees,
Lend it an arm to grasp,
To calm, compose, a fresh lease!

Rise with the sun,
To a new, bright morn,
Dusting the scars and scabs,
And pushing aside all that's gone!

The fall makes you rise,
A bit stronger and wise,
So what if it's only to fall again,
A child, a father, oh! that's all nice!
